Exclusively Cabinets will provide you with the coaching and guidance you need to open your cabinetry franchise with confidence and enthusiasm. We will guide you as you select your showroom location, order initial displays from approved suppliers.
You will begin your training with an online course designed by our team. Once completed, you and one other key member of your team will visit us at our headquarters in Michigan for up to five days, so we can provide you with intensive training in every aspect of the business from how to manage sales, to placing orders, to delivering product and more. Plus, corporate representatives will visit you on-site for three days at your location near the time of the launch of your business. As a franchise owner, you will also have access to our confidential operations manual, plus access to our franchise support team when you need us. You are never alone; we are always available to help!
We will guide you through implementing local marketing campaigns, we’ll share materials templates, and we’ll help you with establishing your online presence to build awareness of your cabinetry franchise.
We will also train you to use our complete tech stack of tools for ordering and operations, plus design software and access to our proprietary selection, pricing, and ordering platform.
